The dynamic Taysom Hill (34) is done for the season after tearing his ACL, along with other damage, during Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Rams.

The brutal knee injury came late in the fourth quarter after a designed run play for Hill was called on a drive that could've led the Saints to tie the game. New Orleans eventually lost the matchup 21-14, falling to a 4-8 record on the year.

"It's the worst," teammate Derek Carr said after the game. "Just as a brother, as a friend. It's bigger than football at that moment."

Hill ends his season with 187 yards on 23 receptions along with 278 rushing yards and six rushing touchdowns on 39 carries. He's also two of four passing this season with 21 yards and one interception.

One of the most versatile players in the NFL still has one year left on his deal before becoming an unrestricted free agent in 2026. But one has to wonder if Hill will hang up the cleats for good before then after suffering his fifth season-ending injury dating back to his time in college at BYU.

According to Draft Sharks, this now marks Hill's 18th injury over the course of his football career.
