The NFL set a record-high 65 million viewers for their two-game slate on Christmas Day, crushing the NBA's numbers.

The Chiefs-Steelers and Ravens-Texans matchups averaged just over 24 million viewers each and peaked at 27 million during Beyonce's halftime show, becoming the most streamed games in NFL history.

Meanwhile, all five NBA games combined had just over 25 million viewers in total, an average of 5.25 million, with the Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors having the highest of 7.7 million.

People from over 200 countries tuned in for the Kansas City Chiefs and Pittsburgh Steelers matchup before that number boomed for the Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans matchup.

The Lakers secured a thrilling win over the Warriors, which ended with LeBron James stating something highly questionable.

The Chiefs beat the Steelers 29-10 to secure the number-one seed in the AFC and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs. Mahomes had his best game of the season with 320 passing yards and three touchdowns while teammate Travis Kelce became the franchise leader in receiving touchdowns (77), surpassing Hall of Famer Tony Gonzalez.

Baltimore gutted the Houston Texans in a 31-2 blowout where MVP-candidate Lamar Jackson had 255 total yards and three total touchdowns, breaking the all-time quarterback rushing record previously held by Michael Vick, while teammate Derrick Henry put up 147 rushing yards on 27 attempts with a touchdown, setting the single-season franchise record with 16.

The Chiefs will head to Denver for their final game of the season while the Ravens head home to face the Cleveland Browns. where a win would give them back-to-back AFC North titles.
