Cleveland Guardians All-Star third baseman Jose Ramirez (32) moved into third place on the Cleveland Guardians all-time Runs Batted In (RBI) list on Tuesday.

Ramirez scored his 920th career RBI to surpass Nap Lajoie with a blast to deep right field against the Baltimore Orioles, his 276th career home run and 21st of the season.

He trails Cleveland legends Jim Thome (937) and Earl Averill (1,084).

The five-time Silver Slugger and Dominican native has made the American League All-Star team seven of the last nine seasons, with 2020 being null due to the season being cut short due to COVID.

Ramirez recently also hit his 20th home run of the season, officially making it his eighth straight year of reaching at least 20 home runs and 20 stolen bases in a single season.

Heading into Tuesday's action against the Orioles, Ramirez was slashing .294/.364/.521 with 55 RBI and 29 stolen bases.

The 13-year veteran signed a seven-year, $141 million extension with Cleveland in 2022 and will become an unrestricted free agent in 2029.
