Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Christian Yelich (33) hit his first career walk-off home run on Tuesday night against the Boston Red Sox.

Not only was it a walk-off home run, but it was also a walk-off grand slam en route to a 5-1 win.

This was Yelich's sixth grand slam of his career and it couldn't have come at a more perfect time for the Brewers.

Yelich is having a rough go of it this year, slashing just .210/.296/.681. But he does have 10 home runs and 34 RBI now thanks to his walk-off, along with 10 stolen bases this season.

The Brewers have now won three straight games and four of their last six.

They currently hold a 28-28 record, sitting fourth in the National League Central Division just below the Cincinnati Reds, who are also 28-28 but own the tiebreaker.
