No banner ads there, no distraction, just sport content that matters to you. This is possible thanks to your running subscription to a paid feature that removes ads from Flashscore. A feature that has been in a testing phase so far – and which is now turning into a full-fledged premium service called Flashscore+.
As a current subscriber to the banner-free Flashscore, you are among the users to whom we are very grateful for the support. For more than 17 years, we have been providing you with vast range of sport content, and we do our best to keep it improving. It comes with significant costs that need to be covered – mostly thanks to the ads displayed in the free version of Flashscore, but subscriptions are an important alternative.
The option to switch to the banner-free version has been long present in our iOS app in a testing mode – with a price that corresponded to this testing stage. Since then, we have introduced more content: new statistics and other sports data, news, video and audio content, and also new advertising zones in the free version. We had to make adjustments to reflect these changes. One of them is the price increase reflecting the current cost of that content.
Flashscore+, a new premium version for iOS with all banners removed, has two price plans: €3.99 per month, or €33.99 for a season pass (ie. 12-month subscription) or local currency equivalents. The price change does not affect your current subscription – you will be enjoying banner-free Flashscore for the whole subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will decide if you want to continue with Flashscore+ or switch to free Flashscore.
