Another weekend of action has arrived, so the Football Tracker is here to keep you up to date with all the latest news and results from around Europe's biggest and best leagues.

14:30 CET - Plenty of action at 15:30 CET in the Bundesliga, with four games this afternoon.

None are bigger than Bayern Munich against Eintracht Frankfurt, as Vincent Kompany's side look to stretch their lead at the top of the table.

Meanwhile, after a midweek Champions League win, Bayer Leverkusen head to Union Berlin in their quest for European football next season.

And, at the bottom of the table, Augsburg and Wolfsburg clash in a match that both teams will hope to win and allay fears of relegation.

11:30 CET - Welcome to the Football Tracker this Saturday morning, on what is yet another massive day of action around Europe.

In the Premier League, Chelsea and Aston Villa both kick off at 16:00 CET, while Manchester City look to cut the gap down to Arsenal at the summit to just two points when they face Newcastle at 21:00 CET.

Bayern Munich host Frankfurt in the Bundesliga at 15:30 CET, as they continue their charge for the title. The big clash of the day in Germany comes at 18:30 CET, as RB Leipzig host Borussia Dortmund.

In Ligue 1, top-of-the-table Lens clash with Monaco at 17:00 CET, while defending champions PSG will be trying to keep the pressure on them with a home game against Metz at 21:05 CET.
