RB Leipzig have completed the signing of Danish international striker Conrad Harder from Sporting CP.

The 20-year-old arrives in Leipzig from Portuguese champions Sporting CP. Harder has signed a long-term deal until 2030 with the Red Bulls.

The 6'1" attacker started his career at Danish first-division side FC Nordsjælland, before making the move to Sporting in 2024. Last season, Harder helped his side win the Primeira Liga and the Portuguese cup. In the double-winning campaign, the Dane scored 11 goals and assisted seven more in all competitions.

Harder made his debut for the Denmark national team in March.

"In Conrad, we've signed a striker who perfectly suits our profile. He's tall, physically and mentally strong, aggressive, with a lot of pace and a very dangerous left foot. He's also got international experience", says Marcel Schäfer, managing director for sport:

"His power, understanding of the game and dynamism with add impetus to our attack. We believe that he'll settle in here quickly and take the next step in his development."

Conrad Harder is delighted to have completed the move  and says:

"I'm really looking forward to this new challenge at RB Leipzig. The Bundesliga is a top league where I can continue to improve and prove myself. I hope I can score lots of goals and want to help achieve our goals as part of this team. RB Leipzig are all about playing intense, attacking football - exactly what suits my style of play"
