22:47 CET - Tottenham have completed the comeback against the run of play at Bodo/Glimit after Richarlison scores on the second attempt. Credit to young Archie Gray, who did brilliantly in the build-up.

Hold up though, VAR check in Bodo... The goal is given! Relief for Spurs.

22:40 CET - A cheeky panenka from Julian Alvarez (just about) gives Atletico Madrid a 5-1 lead from the penalty spot. Confidence personified.

22:35 CET - Bayern are now 5-0 ahead thanks to the in-form Michael Olise adding another to his tally for the season.

22:31 CET - Spurs have pulled one back as a teasing Pedro Porro cross was headed home by Micky van de Ven.

22:26 CET - Antoine Griezmann has his second goal of the night and 200th for Atletico Madrid. It is another delightful team move from Atletico Madrid, who restore their two-goal lead

Griezmann has attempted five shots in this game, more than any other player.

Make it 4-1 as Giuliano Simeone scores a header at the near post from a Julian Alvarez corner.

22:24 CET - Things go from bad to worse for Tottenham, and it is that man Hauge who scores his second of the game with another classy finish to double Bodo/Glimt's shock lead in North circle. Incredible scenes in Bodo.

22:22 CET - Game over at the San Siro as Inter move 3-0 ahead, and it is a lovely team goal finished off by captain Martinez, who completes his brace.

22:20 CET - Jonathan Burkardt has pulled one back for Eintracht Frankfurt, but Atletico Madrid remain in control and 3-1 ahead.

22:15 CET - Aubameyang has his goal now after finishing off a lovely Marseille move to fire the French side 4-0 ahead against Ajax. Cruising.

22:10 CET - You can't say it hadn't been coming, and Bodo/Glimt are ahead against Tottenham! The Norwegian side are looking to get revenge for their Europa League defeat at the hands of Spurs last season, and they are on their way to doing just that.

A Bodo-born forward in Jens Hauge found the top corner with a beautifully curled effort into the top right-hand corner.

22:05 CET - Games are starting to get back underway across Europe. Strap in for what hopefully will be more goals galore. Unless you are me. Which you are not.

21:55 CET - The big story of the first half remains in Istanbul as Galatasaray remain 1-0 ahead against Premier League champions Liverpool. One half away from a shock victory to bring an end to Gala's horrible home record in this competition.

Meanwhile, Atletico Madrid have doubled their lead against Eintracht Frankfurt through Robin Le Normand.

21:30 CET - It took half an hour, but Inter are finally ahead at home to Slavia Prague and it comes from a dreadful mistake from Slavia keeper Jindrich Stanek, whose horrible pass puts it on a plate for Inter forward Lautaro Martinez.

21:28 CET - Marseille are three up against sluggish Ajax, and this time it's Mason Greenwood who was never going to miss after being found in space one-on-one after another breathless break from De Zerbi's side.

21:25 CET - Great wide play from Alejandro Garnacho forces a mistake from Benfica defender Richard Rios, who puts the ball into his own net to give Chelsea the lead at Stamford Bridge.

Some more on that game from our reporter on the ground:

Mourinho blew a kiss to the Stamford Bridge faithful with a smile on his face as they chanted his name two minutes into the match, but he's had little else to smile about since then, with Chelsea very much the better side 30 minutes in here.

21:20 CET - Meanwhile, Harry Kane's electric form continues as Bayern Munich take a deserved early lead in Pafos.

Bayern have now doubled their lead after a brilliant move was finished off by full-back Raphael Guerreiro

21:15 CET - Galatasaray take a shock lead against Liverpool from the penalty spot from who else but talisman Victor Osimhen.

21:13 CET - What a night Igor Paixao is having already as the striker scores his second of the game to double Marseille's lead. The striker closed the ball down brilliantly before firing past the keeper with venom.

21:08 CET - Marseille have also taken the lead at home to Ajax as another new signing, Igor Paixao, puts away Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's setup.

21:04 CET - The first goal of the night goes to Atletico MadridA fortunate deflection inside the box falls to new Atletico Madrid forward Giacomo Raspadori, who fires low and hard past the Frankfurt keeper.

21:00 CET - Games are just starting to get underway across Europe as a big night of action gets underway.

20:55 CET - We are minutes away from kick-off across the European grounds! Who is ready?

20:37 CET - Our first two games of the over as Atalanta see off Club Brugge 2-1 in a vital win for their hopes of qualifying for the knockouts, whilst a late goal from Brahim Diaz saw Real Madrid run out 5-0 winners against Kairat Almaty with Kylian Mbappe, earlier, scoring a hat-trick.

20:30 CET - Is that the winner for Atalanta? They go 2-1 up against Club Brugge as Mario Pasalic scores three minutes from time. Can the Serie A side hold on?

20:25 CET - Coming off the bench, Eduardo Camavinga races through to head Real Madrid to a 4-0 lead and to all three points. It will be a satisfying flight home for the Madristas.

20:16 CET - All square in northern Italy! Atalanta have made it 1-1 against Club Brugge with 17 minutes to play as Lazar Samardzic scores from the spot.

Meanwhile, over in Kazakhstan, Kylian Mbappe has completed his hat-trick for Real Madrid, netting from the edge of the box with a rifled finish. Game over for Kairat Almaty as the visitors lead 3-0.

It's his first hat-trick since February 19th 2025, which was also in the Champions League against Manchester City.

20:13 CET - Elsewhere, it's a big night for Slavia Prague, who travel to the San Siro to take on last year's finalist Inter.

Back in 1938, Slavia won this fixture 9-0. They would need the performance of their lives to repeat that tonight, but never say never, right?

20:05 CET - Three English teams are in action tonight, with Liverpool heading to the scene of their miraculous comeback victory against AC Milan in 2005's final, where they will take on Galatasaray tonight.

The reigning Turkish Super Lig champions have been in fine form in the league, winning every game so far, but Europe has proved a more difficult challenge.

Liverpool saw off Atletico Madrid in their opener, and Arne Slot has opted to go with Hugo Ekitike over Alexander Isak tonight. For the hosts, they have been given a boost with Victor Osimhen getting the nod after returning from injury at the weekend.

19:55 CET - He just can't be stopped... After a fantastic long ball from Thibaut Courtois, Kylian Mbappe races through to score his second of the night and put Real Madrid in firm control against Kairat Almaty. It was a nice finish, but all the plaudits must go to the Belgian goalkeeper!

19:52 CET - Plenty more action to come from 21:00 CET, with seven more games in the Champions League.

Perhaps the one slathered with the most narrative is Benfica's trip to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea.

Their new manager, Jose Mourinho, returns to the club where he was arguably most loved.

He brings a side that were beaten by Qarabag in their opener last time out, whilst Chelsea were defeated by Bayern Munich.

We've also got boots on the ground at Stamford Bridge tonight, with Finley Crebolder in the press box to watch the 'Special One's' return to his old stomping ground.

19:48 CET - Back underway in both of our early games this evening...

19:33 CET - It's been mostly one-way traffic, unsurprisingly, in Almaty, where Real Madrid lead Kairat 1-0. The Spanish giants have created plenty of chances, but only hold a slender advantage at the break.

Can the Kazakh side cause an upset? It feels unlikely, but listen to our live audio commentary to find out.

19:31 CET - Half-time in Bergamo, and it is Club Brugge who still hold that one-goal advantage over Atalanta. It's been a very even half across the board, but can Ivan Juric's side find a leveller in the second half?

19:23 CET - Advantage Club Brugge against Atalanta. Seven minutes before half-time, the Belgian side have taken the lead through Greek forward Christos Tzolis.

19:12 CET - Goal for Real Madrid! Kylian Mbappe steps up from the spot to send Serkhan Kalmyrza the wrong way and stick it in the left corner. It's the Frenchman's third goal in the competition so far.

It's been coming, and now Kairat Almaty have a lot to do.

19:08 CET - Real Madrid ramping up the pressure now, with Arda Guler and Kylian Mbappe both going close for the visitors. They have 70.1% possession so far as they try to break down Kairat's low block.

19:00 CET - It's been a hectic start at Kazakhstan, where the hosts Kairat Almaty have started fast in what is a raucous atmosphere.

Vinicius Junior has had the best chance for Real Madrid, going one-on-one with the goalkeeper, but his chip goes wide of the mark.

18:45 CET - We are underway in our two early games. What surprises and drama do we have in store tonight?

17:42 CET - The team news is in for Real Madrid's trip to Kairat Almaty, with the Spanish outfit making several changes to their starting XI.
