As usual, we have used Flashscore's internal player rating system to select our XI.
Check out our Champions League Team of the Round below:

Goalkeeper
Justin Bijlow (Feyenoord) 8.1
Facing Bayern is never easy, let alone dealing with their forwards. However, goalkeeper Justin Bijlow rose to the task and managed to hold off the Munich giants.
With six saves from six shots on target, the Dutchman kept a clean sheet and was the highest-rated goalkeeper across Matchday 7. It was a fine performance that also helped his side to a hugely impressive 3-0 victory and kept their hopes of direct qualification alive. Oh, and it was his birthday to boot!
Defence
Federico Valverde (Real Madrid) 7.8
Is there anything Federico Valverde can't do? On Wednesday, he played in defence as Real Madrid swatted Salzburg aside, winning 5-1. Dominant on the right flank, the Uruguayan put in a serious performance.
A 91 per cent pass completion rate, one successful tackle, four duels won and an assist all went a long way to making him the best right-back in the Champions League this week. Staking a claim for the position, perhaps!
Wilfried Singo (Monaco) 8.2
Monaco's rock Wilfried Singo was true to form on Tuesday, winning eight of his duels, completing 84 per cent of his passes and, above all, playing a key role in his team's crucial 1-0 victory over Aston Villa.
Scoring what turned out to be the winner in the eighth minute, the Ivorian defender took his club up to 10th place overall with their win.
Alessandro Bastoni (Inter) 7.9
Bastoni lived up to his billing in Inter's 1-0 win over Sparta Prague. A constant presence on the left side of defence, the full-back completed 88 per cent of his passes, won five duels and, above all, provided the most important pass of the evening.
His decisive ball to Lautaro Martinez for his side's 12th-minute goal undoubtedly set the tone in the Czech capital, earning him a place in this week's team.

Midfield
Jamie Leweling (Stuttgart) 9.5
The highest-rated man in this XI and scorer of a brace against Slovan Bratislava (3-1), Jamie Leweling made Stuttgart's match his own personal playground.
Committed, quick and breathtaking in attack, the German international was a nuisance on the ball. As a result, he was able to win four of his duels and progress his side forward. Such success not only earned him a place in our Team of the Week but also UEFA's Man of the Match award.
Mario Pasalic (Atalanta) 8.5
Atalanta were purring on Tuesday when they dispatched Sturm Graz 5-0 in the early fixtures. Three of their players made our XI (more on the others below) and key to everything from midfield was Croatian Mario Pasalic, who scored one of his side's five goals in the thrashing.
On top of his strike, Pasalic contributed two key passes and maintained a passing accuracy of 90 per cent throughout the match. Throw in winning two ground duels and two aerial duels and it was a complete performance from the midfield maestro.
Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid) 8.8
The second of three Madridistas in this week's XI is England's Jude Bellingham. Once again, it was no surprise to see this superstar shine. The midfielder worked wonders to help his team to their massive win over Salzburg.
Present everywhere, Bellingham won 10 of his duels, completed 94 per cent of his passes, made one tackle and, above all, delivered two assists to Rodrygo to help him complete his brace. It was an outstanding performance that underlines the talent of the 21-year-old.

Barcelona served up one of the all-time great Champions League matches on Tuesday when they recovered from 3-1 down to beat Benfica 5-4 in Lisbon. There were plenty of standout performances but it was hard to look past Brazil's Raphinha for this week's XI after he scored twice in the win, including the stunning 96th-minute winner.
Neither fans nor neutrals will be forgetting this match anytime soon and Raphinha once again proved he is one of the world's best wide players with his performance in the thriller.
Forwards
Rodrygo (Real Madrid) 8.8
When Real Madrid signed Kylian Mbappe, many people thought that Rodrygo would be the player to fall out of the Los Blancos lineup. But again on Wednesday, the little Brazilian proved he is too good to be dropped, scoring two first-half goals off the right in Real's win over Salzburg.
In his 72 minutes on the pitch, Rodrygo also chipped in with 31 accurate passes and one key pass. His brace took his career Champions League tally to a whopping 22 goals! He simply loves scoring in this competition.

Charles De Ketelaere (Atalanta) 8.8
As mentioned above, Atalanta made short work of Sturm Graz on Tuesday and Charles De Ketelaere had a lot to do with that. What's more, the elegant Belgian forward decided to showcase his versatility and the full range of his game.
With a goal and an assist to his name, he was able to give his team a decisive difference in attack. And if it wasn't in attack, it was in defence that he dazzled. With 19 duels to his name, he definitely put his opponents to the sword.

Ademola Lookman (Atalanta) 9.0
Rounding out our team and the third Atalanta player included is our favourite Nigerian, and reigning African Player of the Year, Ademola Lookman. Gian Piero Gasperini preferred to start Lookman on the bench against Sturm Graz but that didn't stop him having a huge impact in the second half.
Coming on at half-time with the score at 1-0, Lookman turned the match on its head, scoring and assisting much like De Ketelaere, to notch an impressive match rating of 9.0. This man cannot be stopped this season.
