FC Copenhagen have confirmed on their website that they have signed the 19-year old defender Yoram Zague from Paris Saint-Germain on a loan deal valid until the summer of 2026.

"Yoram is a player we have had our eye on for some time. He matches the profile we are looking for in the position – a young player with European and international flair", says FC Copenhagen sporting director Sune Smith-Nielsen.

"We will have the opportunity to look at him, and at the same time the agreement gives us a purchase option that points into the future if we together assess that there is a good foundation for a permanent solution. He strengthens the competition in the squad and adds both speed and talent to our defensive line."

After starting out at AJN Bagnolet and spending time at Paris FC, the defender joined the Paris Saint-Germain Pre-Youth Academy at the age of 13. He continued his development with the Rouge et Bleu by entering the Club’s Youth Academy, where he progressed through the U17 and then the U19 teams.

At just 19 years of age, the young French full-back already holds 2 Ligue 1 titles (2024 and 2025), 2 Coupe de France trophies (2024 and 2025) and 1 Trophée des Champions (2024) with Paris Saint-Germain.

Thanks to his promise at the club from the capital, the defender has also made his debut with the French national teams, earning multiple call-ups with the U17, U18 and U19 squads.
