According to Football Insider, Arsenal have yet to make an official offer to Sporting, but already have information on the conditions needed to lure Gyokeres to the Emirates Stadium.
The same publication claims the Swedish striker has become a priority, ahead of RB Leipzig's Benjamin Sesko and Victor Osimhen, on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli.
Arsenal's aim, according to the same source, is to secure the signing of Gyokeres at the start of the summer and not let the issue drag on, or become a soap opera in the face of strong competition.
Gyokeres has a contract with Sporting until 2028 and a 100 million euro cancellation clause. However, the Sweden international striker is expected to leave the Estadio Jose Alvalade with a bid of around 70 to 75 million euros.
