The Sporting CP centre-forward withdrew from the squad on the eve of two friendly matches in March, but will fight for minutes up front with Newcastle United's Alexander Isak for the matches on 6th and 10th June.
The friendlies are Sweden's last fixtures before their 2026 World Cup qualifying campaign begins in September.
Captain Victor Lindelof, Anthony Elanga, Yasin Ayari and Robin Olsen make up the five Premier League players selected by Tomasson, which includes another seven players from Europe's other "big five" leagues.
There were few surprises among the 24 players included, and only one new addition - 26-year-old defender Axel Noren is in line to make his first appearance in a Blagult shirt at any level.
The Mjallby man is one of six Allsvenskan players to be chosen, all of whom play for the teams sitting in the top five places in the table.
Injured Tottenham Hotspur pair Dejan Kulusevski and Lucas Bergvall are ruled out, while Carl Starfelt and Sebastian Nanasi are among the few players from the March squad not selected this time.
