As usual, Flashscore has summarised the winners and losers for you.
Winner: Neymar
Two weeks after making his debut for Santos, Neymar scored again after 17 months. The star's last goal until this Sunday was on October 3rd 2023, in Al Hilal's win over Nassaji Mazandaran in the AFC Champions League.
The attacking midfielder struck early in the game against Agua Santa with a penalty of his own. As well as the goal, the number 10 put in a good performance in their 3-1 win, in which he also contributed an assist. Neymar has already played four matches in Brazil and is improving physically every day.

Winner: Nabil Bentaleb
Lille's Algerian midfielder Nabil Bentaleb had a magical Sunday, scoring on his return to football after a cardiac arrest. The 30-year-old suffered a heart attack while on holiday in June 2024, spending two days in a coma.

After eight months of recovery and the installation of a subcutaneous defibrillator, Bentaleb made his comeback for Lille and came on as a second-half substitute against Rennes. Four minutes after coming on, the Algerian scored his team's first goal and his teammates and football lovers around the world were overcome with emotion.
Winner: Barcelona
It might seem strange to see Barcelona on this list, given that the Catalan club doesn't play until Monday against Rayo Vallecano. However, they were the big winners of the LaLiga round, as Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid stumbled on Saturday and left the Catalans in a position to take the lead in the table.
All Barca need to do to take top spot is beat Rayo at home. If that happens, Hansi Flick's side will reach 51 points and pass Real Madrid because of the tie-break criteria.

Winner: Mikel Merino
Until last Saturday, the Arsenal midfielder had scored just two goals for the Gunners. Suddenly, after a difficult match against Leicester, Mikel Merino doubled that tally.
Arsenal went into the game against the Foxes with their attack shattered. Without many of his key players, Mikel Arteta saw his team heading for a disastrous 0-0, hindering them in the title race.
Until Merino came on in the 69th minute and scored the two winning goals. It will come as no surprise if the Spaniard is given more game-time after his important performance in Leicester.

Loser: Manchester United
Manchester United wrote another chapter in their disastrous season after being defeated by Tottenham Hotspur in London on Sunday. The Red Devils suffered their third defeat in their last four games and now sit 15th in the Premier League.
The overall picture is bleak, as the club is also going through a financial crisis and have made more redundancies in the last week.
United haven't finished outside the top 10 in the Premier League since the 1989/90 season, when they finished in 13th place.

Losers: More racism incidents in football
The weekend saw two more regrettable episodes of racist insults in football: one in Spain and one in England.
The incident in the Iberian country took place during the LaLiga match between Espanyol and Athletic Club.
Striker Maroan Sannadi was the target of racism from Espanyol fans. The game was even stopped by the referee and messages were shown to the crowd warning that the match could be suspended.

The English case took place in the Championship, the country's second division. Hannibal Mejbri, from Burnley, accused his opponent Milutin Osmajic, from Preston North End, of racist insults.
Osmajic denied that he had committed racism, but Mejbri was emphatic in warning the referee and after the match in a post on social media.

"I will not remain silent about what happened today. I will always report racism when I hear or see it. That's the only way we can change as a sport and as a society. I'm a strong person, but no one should have to go through this disgusting abuse on the pitch," said Mejbri.
Loser: Jamie McCart
You probably don't know Jamie McCart, the Hearts defender from Scotland, but he managed a rare feat this weekend. The 27-year-old scored two own goals in the same game and virtually ensured his side's 3-1 defeat to Rangers.
The first was more bad luck than incompetence, as goalkeeper Craig Gordon tipped the ball over the defender's leg, and McCart could do nothing about it. It wasn't the same with the second: McCart tried to win the ball with the striker bearing down on goal but ended up lobbing the goalkeeper with a subtle touch.
Loser: Vasco da Gama
Flamengo and Vasco have one of the biggest derbies in Brazil, and many consider it the fiercest rivalry in Rio de Janeiro. However, in recent years the technical differences between the teams has created a very uneven record.

With last Saturday's defeat, Vasco have won just two of their last 30 meetings with their biggest rivals. In the same period, Flamengo have won 17 times.
In addition to the overall record, the Rubro-Negro have scored some remarkable victories in recent seasons: 4-1 (2019 and 2023) and 6-1 (2024).
