The possible departure of Kvaratskhelia from Napoli to PSG, for a fee of around 80 million euros, could lead the Italian club to move for Wanderson Galeno, the Brazilian international from FC Porto.
After two and a half seasons in Italy, Kvaratskhelia has been holding up negotiations to renew his contract and Napoli want to take advantage of this market to make a significant cash injection.
This Friday, Sky spoke of a deal worth around 75 million euros, which could also include Slovak centre-back Milan Skriniar. With no room at PSG, the defender could be transferred by PSG to Antonio Conte's squad.
Napoli are already looking for a successor to Kvaratskhelia, and Wanderson Galeno has been mentioned by journalist Gianluca DiMarzio.
It's worth remembering that Galeno was very close to Al Ittihad in a 50 million euro deal, which ended up falling through in the summer market.
