The promising right winger delivered three assists in his last four appearances for Swiss club Grasshoppers, earning him the league's Player of the Month award less than two months into his loan spell.

Bayern Munich's Nestory Irankunda is enjoying a brilliant start to his loan at Swiss club Grasshoppers FC, assisting their first goal of the game in three of Grasshoppers' last four matches, all of which were draws.

Hailed by television commentator Manuel Iseli as "the most invigorating element in the Grasshoppers offence", the Tanzania-born 19-year-old has already lit up the Swiss Super League and helped to keep his struggling club off the bottom of the standings.

Perhaps most notably, Irankunda even received the highest Flashscore rating (8.7/10) of the match during Grasshoppers' surprise 1-1 draw away to title challengers Lugano.

Irankunda, who recently started for the Socceroos against China in his hometown of Adelaide, is putting together some impressive form ahead of the next FIFA World Cup Qualification window in March.
