Here are the weekend's best performers, based on Flashscore's internal ratings system.

Goalkeeper
James Pantemis (Portland Timbers) - 9.1
Portland may have lost 2-0 to Nashville on Sunday in MLS, but if it weren't for the performance of Pantemis in the Timbers goal, it would have been a whole lot worse.
The Canadian made a staggering 10 saves in the game, and what made it more incredible is that he made two penalty saves in the first half - the second time it has happened in league history.
Defence
Bart van Rooij (FC Twente) - 8.5
Twente kept up their European ambitions with a narrow 1-0 victory over the Eredivisie's bottom side Almere City, and Van Rooij was at the centre of their success.
The defender assisted the only goal of the game, putting a lovely ball across the box, teeing up Sem Steijn perfectly.
On the defensive side of the game, he made six clearances to aid his side.
Arda Kizildag (Gaziantep) - 8.8
Gaziantep produced an upset on Monday, prevailing 2-1 at Besiktas to end the side's five-match winning streak and hand Ole Gunnar Solskjaer his first league defeat in Turkey, and centre-back Kizildag played a big part in that.
The 26-year-old drew his team level by heading in a free-kick and made seven clearances at the other end, also completing 29 of his 30 attempted passes before being forced off by injury.
Dominik Kohr (Mainz) - 8.2
Despite playing out of position, midfielder Kohr had a great game in Mainz's 3-1 win over Borussia Monchengladbach at left centre-back. The German scored the second goal of the game for the visitors, whilst also winning all of tackles and making four interceptions.
Andrew Gutman (Chicago Fire) - 8.6
Back to MLS, where Gutman was a standout player for Chicago in their 3-1 victory over FC Dallas. The American got himself on the scoresheet in the 82nd minute after stealing in at the back post to put away at a cross.
He also made two tackles, two blocks and two interceptions as his side got their first win of the season.
Midfield
Oliver Antman (Go Ahead Eagles) - 8.6
Much like his superhero namesake, Antman was the protagonist in the weekend's 3-2 win over Nijmegen.
The Finnish midfielder scored one with a low, powerful shot after he set up the team's first of the afternoon. His two assists came from five chances created, whilst he secured a pass completion near enough 90%.
Orkun Kokcu (Benfica) - 8.6
Over to Portugal's top league, where Kokcu led his Benfica side to success on Saturday. The Turkish international netted the second goal of their 3-0 win over Nacional from the penalty spot, as he created five clear-cut chances through the match. He also won three of his six duels.

Hakan Calhanoglu (Inter) - 8.3
Staying with Turkish players, and it is turning into another great campaign for Calhanoglu. The midfield maestro scored the second goal of three for Inter as they beat Monza in a five-goal thriller - his fifth goal of the Serie A campaign.
It was a pure strike from the edge of the box was the spark his side needed to earn all three points and keep them in the title race.
Christian Pulisic (AC Milan) - 8.7
AC Milan did not have it all their own way against Lecce over the weekend, eventually running out 3-2 winners away from home. Much of that was down to Pulisic, who scored twice to see his side over the line after trailing 2-0.
The first was from the spot, whilst the second was a well-timed run into the box seeing him tap home the winner. He was mobbed by his teammates after scoring, showing just how important he is to their fortunes.
Forwards
Viktor Gyokeres (Sporting) - 8.3
It has been a stuttering start to 2025 for Swedish star Gyokeres as he battled injury and poor form since the turn of the year, but, in recent weeks he looks to be back to his best, as scored a brace against Casa Pia to his side home 3-1.
It was his second brace in as many games, showing he will be a threat for the rest of the season.
Budu Zivzivadze (Heidenheim) 8.3
Rock-bottom Heidenheim need any point they can as they battle relegation from the Bundesliga, and they picked up a valuable one against Hoffenheim over the weekend.
Georgian striker Zivzivadze was the hero for them, coming off the bench to score his first goal for the club, having moved in the January transfer window from Karlsruher.
Heidenheim will need plenty more from him if they are to avoid the drop.
