It's a fascinating finals day in China with Arthur Rinderknech facing cousin Valentin Vacherot in the Shanghai Masters showpiece before Coco Gauff takes on American compatriot Jessica Pegula in Wuhan.

14:55 CET - That brings an end to what has been a thrilling week in China, full of drama, upsets and some remarkable stories.

There's no time for a breather though, with more tournaments across Asia and Europe getting underway tomorrow, so join us in the morning as we continue our coverage of the final months of the season!

14:22 CET - Coco Gauff is the Wuhan champion!

The final looked set to go to a deciding set when Jessica Pegula led 5-3 in the second, but Gauff broke her opponent's serve at 5-4 to get back on level terms and then won the next two games to seal victory.

This is the American's third WTA 100 tittle, and her first in Wuhan.

13:35 CET - Coco Gauff is one set away from winning the title in Wuhan after taking a topsy-turvy opener 6-4 against Jessica Pegula.

Keep track of the second set here.

13:17 CET - It was a richly deserved triumph for Vacherot, who had only won one match on the ATP Tour before the Shanghai Masters.

Despite dropping the first set against Rinderknech in the final, he quickly regrouped and dominated the rest of the match, not facing a single break point in sets two and three.

07:40 CET - Good morning and welcome to our coverage of today's finals in Shanghai and Wuhan!

We're just a few hours away from the most unlikely of men's showpiece events in Shanghai, with France's Arthur Rinderknech taking on cousin and world number 204 Valentin Vacherot at 10:30 CET.

Both men are targeting their first title on the ATP Tour, and are well worth their place in the Masters 1000 final, having seen off plenty of star names en route, including Novak Djokovic, Daniil Medvedev and Alexander Zverev.

Meanwhile, it's an all-American showdown in Wuhan, as world number three Coco Gauff comes up against sixth seed Jessica Pegula at 12:30 CET.

Pegula leads the head-to-head record 4-2, and is targeting her fourth title of 2025, while Gauff - who won their most recent meeting at last year's WTA Finals - is chasing a first crown since Roland Garros.
