The two jerseys, available in white and royal blue, will be worn by the much-fancied USA teams, who will be looking to improve on their performance from 2022 in Beijing, where they took home just one medal - a silver in the women's event.
Speaking about the new design, USA Hockey said on their website: "The jersey features bold diagonal ‘USA’ lettering across the chest and a gold-accented USA Hockey crest, a nod to Team USA’s success on the world stage.
"Inside the collar, the words ‘land of the free, home of the brave’ serve as a powerful reminder to every athlete that wearing this jersey represents something greater than themselves."
Taking inspiration from their first victory in ice hockey back in 1960, the jerseys will be available to purchase from Thursday, December 4th.
The US men's team will take on Latvia, Germany and Denmark in Group C ahead of the knockout rounds, whilst the women's team will face rivals Canada, Finland, the Czech Republic and Switzerland in Group A's preliminary fixtures.
The Paralympic team, which won its fourth-straight gold in 2022, will take to the ice in March.
