Sevilla and Venezia have reached a preliminary agreement for the transfer of Akor Adams. The Andalusian club will receive just over 16 million euros guaranteed for the sale of the Nigerian striker.

It was only a matter of days before both sides agreed to the deal, given that the player, who had already settled his personal terms with Venezia, wanted to leave and, above all, that Sevilla needed to sell in order to bring in new signings and also ease their financial troubles a bit.

In the end, this agreement has been set at just over 16 million euros guaranteed, which means a profit, after deducting his salary, of almost 10 million. It's worth remembering that Akor Adams arrived at the Sanchez-Pizjuan for five million in January 2025, coming from Montpellier.

In addition, the transfer will also include variable conditions that could raise the total fee to as much as 23 million euros.

It was in the last season, with injuries behind him, that he delivered his best numbers, though he still didn't quite reach the level expected of him. Even so, Adams managed to score 10 goals and provide three assists, playing a vital role in securing LaLiga survival for Sevilla.

Now, Akor Adams is heading to Serie A.
